Ingredients:

  • 8 oz fettuccine
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, diced or sliced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallots
  • 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated (divided)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2-3 cups chicken broth
  • 8 oz frozen creamed spinach
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large 11-inch sauté pan, add fettuccine, cooked chicken, garlic, shallots, 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, frozen creamed spinach, heavy cream, and chicken broth.
  2. Cook Everything Together: Cover the pan and bring the mixture to a boil over medium-low heat.
