Welcome to Holly B —where homemade meals, family traditions, and cozy home inspiration come together.
 HOlly B.

You know that one lunch you make on repeat because it just hits every single time? Yeah… this is that lunch for me right now. My Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap is quick, simple, and absolutely delicious — the kind of thing you can throw together in five minutes flat and feel like a total genius for doing so.

Whether you’ve got leftover rotisserie chicken, a batch of my “That” Chicken in the fridge, or you’re just craving something fresh but satisfying, this wrap is the move. Creamy homemade Caesar dressing, crisp lettuce, juicy chicken, a soft tortilla or flatbread… it’s everything.

Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 1–2 cups cooked chicken
(I use rotisserie or my That Chicken recipe — either works great!)
  • Lettuce
(Romaine is classic, but use what you’ve got)
  • Flatbread or tortilla
(I love soft flatbreads, but a large flour tortilla does the trick)
  • Parmesan cheese
(shaved, shredded, grated — all welcome!)
  • Homemade Caesar dressing
(recipe below and totally worth making)

My Homemade Caesar Dressing (aka the game-changer)

No raw eggs, no anchovies — just bold, creamy Caesar flavor with ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen.

What you’ll need:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (fresh!)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup finely grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional but delicious: ½ tsp Dijon mustard for a little extra zip

To make it:
Whisk everything together in a small bowl until smooth and creamy. You can also shake it up in a jar if you’re on the go. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days — if it lasts that long!

To Assemble Your Wrap:

  1. Warm your tortilla or flatbread slightly to make it more pliable.
  2. In a bowl, toss the chicken and lettuce with a few spoonfuls of the Caesar dressing.
  3. Sprinkle on a little extra parmesan (because why not?).
  4. Wrap it up like a burrito, slice in half, and dig in!

Optional Add-Ons (if you’re feeling fancy):

  • Crumbled bacon
  • Sliced avocado
  • Halved cherry tomatoes
  • Thinly sliced red onion
  • A few crushed croutons for crunch

This wrap is the kind of lunch that makes you feel like you’ve got your life together — even when you totally don’t. It’s fast, it’s fresh, and it’s totally customizable depending on your mood or what’s in your fridge. I’ve made this four times this week and I’m not even sorry.

Let me know if you try it — and tag me if you do! Can’t wait to see your version. 💛
